I am Min Young Yoon, an Assistant Professor of Management at Rider University.
My research focuses on the intersection of gender, diversity, and leadership in organizations. I apply important, yet understudied, lenses in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) research to examine the attitudes and behaviors of advantaged group members as allies, and unpack the psychological mechanisms underlying diversity efforts within organizations.
I hold a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. in Management and Organizational Analysis from Warwick University, and a B.A. in Psychology, and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University.
Prior to entering academia, I worked in HR and staffing industries.
